Single storey dwelling and garage with an oakstown treatment plant and soil polishing filter along with new entrance and all associated site works

Construct a new single storey dwelling house, on site sewerage treatment system, alterations to existing entrance, new bored well and all ancillary site works

Re-roof the existing single storey dwelling of which part will be converted to carport & part to utility spaces, to provide two storey dwelling extension with single storey annex & links to same, to install small on site wastewater treatment system to current EPA guidelines, to widen & improve existing entrance and for all associated site works
