The development consists of RETENTION of alterations to granted application P19/865 including: dwelling position; dwelling alterations including additional velux windows to front elevation, additional door to west elevation, additional door and relocated window to rear elevation, relocated window to east elevation; all ancillary site works

For (i) the house and garage as constructed on site in variance from that granted under P8/26123 and (ii) the extension to the garage for use as a self contained granny flat

The development will consist of the construction of a new dwelling-house, detached domestic garage, new entrance, installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, and all associated site work
