The development will include 2 number self contained timber frame cabins, circa 25sqM each, erected on screw piles to the rear / South of the existing building (planning grant P21/357), connected to the existing wastewater treatment facility and all ancillary works

To construct a new building for an Ayurveda and Naturopathy Centre on lands in their ownership. The single storey building will replace existing demolished stables on site and will comprise: a small teaching room, a treatment room and ancillary spaces together with onsite wastewater treatment. Accessed via the existing road entrance and driveway, 6 parking spaces will be provided within the existing stack yard beside the new building and the existing hay barn will be removed
