To construct ancillary living accommodation (ALA) and associated siteworks & services
Of (a) 'as constructed existing' dwelling house i.e. (P8/13134) (b) 'change of use' of attached garage from previous domestic garage use to ancillary granny flat accommodation. (c)all ancillary site works and services
To carry out the following development: 1) The construction of a new 4m wide cycling infrastructure approximately 1185 metres in length, travelling from north to south on the R458, commencing with an uncontrolled crossing point north of the river Rine, then veering off-road over a refurbished masonry arch bridge, under the M18 Bridge and over the OPW embankment. The cycle path will then travel south via the existing access road serving the motorway attenuation ponds to where it will cross the L3148 east of the Dromoland East Roundabout via an uncontrolled crossing. It then veers south off-road, tying back in with the existing cycling infrastructure on the R458 with an uncontrolled crossing located approximately 300m south of the Dromoland East Roundabout. 2) An extension of the existing 60Kph speed limit for consideration of the scheme. 3) Installation of public lighting 4) The installation of associated signage. 5) All ancillary site works. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. The masonry bridge is a Protected Structure RPS No.:211 NIAH 20404204 as noted in the Clare County Development Plan 2017-2023 (as varied) Volume 4
The development will consist of planning PERMISSION for a period of five years to construct and complete a Solar PV Energy development with a total site area of 16.08 hectares, to include inverter station modules, solar PV panels ground mounted on support structures, internal access tracks, watercourse crossing, security fencing, electrical cabling and ducting, CCTV and other ancillary infrastructure, drainage, additional landscaping and habitat enhancement as required and associated site development works including works relating to the access to the site. The solar farm would be operational for 35 years. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application

For development which will consist of a revised dwelling house with garage design, to that previously approved under planning ref. P20-334
