Permission sought for the construction of a dwelling house, entrance, connection to public sewer and all ancillary services and associated site works

(a) Retention permission of alterations to permitted planning permission No. 04/133 for bungalow and domestic garage/shed. Alterations include revised external window arrangement to dwelling house, alterations to house position and entrance position on site layout and retention of domestic garage/shed with concrete yard as built. (b) Planning permission is also sought for conversion of existing attic storage space to habitable space together with installation of new windows in each gable end of dwelling house
