For a) demolishing of 3 No. single storey buildings, b) installation of 1 No. 2 storey fully serviced detached modular building consisting of 10 classrooms, including a science room, woodwork room, music room, art room, Special Education Needs classrooms, a central activities room, a multi-sensory room, daily living skills room, admins office and toilet facilities c) additional car parking spaces, connection to existing site services, installation of sensory garden & play area, (c) relocation of ball playing courts, relocation of existing sheltered area, alterations to site layout and all associated site works

To carry out improvement works to existing site entrance with public roadway, to incorporate the following: (1) Removal of brick piers, wing walls, gates and railings to facilitate widened entrance, (2) Minor re-alignment of entrance roadway at junction with public roadway, (3) Construct new public footpath along part of site frontage, (4) Form new pedestrian access to subject site with stepped and sloped approach, (5) Form new set-down area for 'drop-off' areas for cars and minibuses and (6) Provide new staff car parking area, together with all associated site development works
