To install a first floor to accommodate office space and storage space which will be used as ancillary to the production facility granted under P22-287

To retain alterations already carried out to the existing structure including new roof profile and planning PERMISSION to complete the works for change of use to proposed offices, stores and ancillary rooms to include elevational, roof and fenestration changes along with all associated works

The development will consist of alterations, extension and renovations of existing building with increased height, mezzanine floor, 5 no parking spaces, relocated and widened site access location, signage and associated site works
