- RED III - for 10-year planning permission for the provision of a Battery Energy Storage System and compound on a site of c. 1.27ha to support the adjacent permitted solar farm (CCC Reg. Ref.: 21/510). The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) compound will accommodate self-contained Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries, within 14 no. BESS units, and 3 no. twin skid units and a single skid unit. A control room (c. 27.6m2) is proposed to the west of the compound. The proposed development includes for all associated development, boundary treatments, security fencing, site access works, ducting and cabling and all associated ancillary works

For a single storey extension to the main dining room with a retractable roof, a single storey outdoor spa facility consisting of 2 no. ice baths, 2 no. hot tubs, 1 no. sauna pod, a relaxation pod, a changing room pod with toilet facilities and a plant room, signage and all associated site works

To amend the approved development (Planning Reference: 16/507) of a temporary (25 years) solar farm to include photovoltaic panels with mounting frames on screw pile foundations, inverters, transformers, substation, DNO building, communications building, security fencing, pole mounted security cameras, minor upgrades to existing site entrance and all other ancillary works. It is expected that the proposed development will have an output of up to 5 megawatts (MW). Amendment proposed is as follows: increase the output from 5 Megawatts (MW) to 7 Megawatts (MW)
