PL 03.245734 (Clare Co Council Ref. no. P15/80) The proposed development is within and adjacent to a protected structure E35 and E36 and national monument no. CL033-082034. There are Natura 2000 sites within the vicinity of the development and therefore a habitate directive appropriate assessment screening has been carried out.
The works will consist of the following: a. Proposed 2 no. sets of bronze plated columbarium units to be fitted into an existing unused space in an internal porch. b. White oak trims to units and white oak veneer mdf panelling to the surround to the Columbarium units. The Franciscan Church is a Protected Structure RPS No. 755.

This development proposes works to a Protected Structure (RPS No.: 736 / NIAH No.: 2000141 as noted in the Clare County Development Plan 2023-2029 Volume 4 and that is part of a National Monument (No.170/ RMP CL033-082001 - Ennis Friary Complex)
